Embassy closed – Thursday, September 23 and Friday, September 24

U.S. citizens residing in Samoa are advised that U.S. Embassy Apia will be closed on Thursday, September 23 and Friday, September 24 in accordance with a national lockdown announced by the Government of Samoa.  The national lockdown will be implemented to allow the Government of Samoa to conduct a mass COVID-19 vaccination campaign.  U.S. Embassy Apia will resume normal operations and hours on Monday, September 27.
